Toni Cole, Officer Manager was delighted to welcome Jodi-Ann to McLoughlin Decorating Ltd, part of McLoughlin Group Holdings, as a permanent member of her team.
Jodi-Ann joined as an intern in September 2020 working in the role of office administrator. Despite her own reservations, inexperience and feelings of anxiety Jodi-Ann fitted in perfectly with the existing team, and they saw her confidence grow and grow.
A detailed work plan was set out for Jodi-Ann, which she took in her stride. Tasks set were completed efficiently and an in a timely manner. Jodi-Ann displayed a can do attitude and gave 100% commitment to everything that was asked of her. Her contribution and effort over her supported internship made such a massive impact to the teams workload, it was a no brainer for them to offer her employment.
The team expressed their huge thanks to Jack Kelley, Carline Ikoroha and Karen Burrows from West Lea School’s Supported Internship for their introduction to Jodi-Ann, and their continued support. She has proved to be a wonderful fit to the business and should be very proud of herself.
